Children and teenagers would benefit tremendously from a balanced fitness program. I work individually or with up to 4 kids at a time. We meet at parks and a session is usually 1 hour long. The focus is on all aspects of physical development. Kids are tested for strength, speed, balance, coordination, flexibility, endurance. We meet twice a week and games are part of the program:( tag, dodgeball). Bodyweight exercises such as push- ups, squats, lunges, jumps are included in workouts. Strength development is an important aspect of fitness for children as it can improve their overall physical performance and reduce the risk of injury.
Exercise on the floor are included – some yoga stretches, working the core muscles . The overall balanced program would help your child to catch up with physical development, prepare for a sports team or just get more confidence and loose weight.
Hiking and biking is offered as well for a variety of choices
