Private sessions for your kid to learn rollerblading, biking. Hiking in groups in Del Sur, Rancho Santa Fe, Poway.

We develop coordination, speed, strength, endurance in children. Core training will include working in a group outdoors.

Minimum of twice a week one hour sessions are recommended to achieve results. Differnt areas of San Diego.

Weight loss would go automatically, if your child attends regularly.

Missed classes - your credit for future sessions only in serious cases.

You woul need a signed permission from the doctor to participate
