1. Do I need to have equipment if I am going to be working with a trainer in my home?
No, nearly all of our in-home clients have little or no equipment at all and get amazing results. Unless you are into power lifting, bodybuilding, or competitive sports you don't need lots of machines... all you need is to work the muscles and you can do that with body weight calisthenics, exercise bands, free weights, manual resistance, exercise balls, etc. I develop a customized strength, flexibility, cardio, and nutrition plan for you based on you, your goals, your time available to exercise, your current fitness level, etc.
2. How fast do you want to achieve your goal and see results?
The more frequently you meet with your trainer the faster you'll see results and achieve your goals and there are several reasons for this... consistency, accountability, motivation, guidance, you'll work much harder with your trainer than on your own, etc.
It takes from 6 months to 8 month to see results in the body according to national academy of sports medicine. If you train at least twice a week with a trainer, add one more training session by yourself weekly and eat healthy – you will notice a drop in weight and a size of clothes.
3. How much is it?
I sell packages or we can go from session to session pay rate. A package of 10 sessions - $450. Paying each time - $ 50 - one hour at your location
4. May I train with the friend or a partner?
Sure , It is more fun and more affordable for both of you.
5. Why invest in your health?
You will like your body, self esteem will go higher, you will start enjoying activities , that you were not able to do before. Pain, if any , will leave the body and finally you will finally fit your old jeans! :)
